Lemongrass and cold brew may not be a familiar combination to western audiences, but the gentle fragrant citrus flavors of the herb pair excellently with the fruity notes of Nam Coffee’s lightest arabica-dominant blend.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Nam Coffee (Orange County blend)
- 1.5 oz Lemongrass syrup (150g sugar 100g water, 100g lemongrass)
- 2 oz orange juice
- Lemongrass stalks, orange slices, or rosemary for garnish
Directions
- Steep coffee using pour-over method or cold-brew method (overnight)
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add lemongrass syrup and orange juice, then stir
- Top off with coffee and garnish with lemongrass, orange, or rosemary
